Is this a scam?

How does this app have such a high rating? Even just briefly scrolling through the reviews, there are clearly many dissatisfied customers and low ratings. I feel like this app was a total waste of money. Basically: sometimes babies are fussy. Thanks for the heads up.

Great info, Bad interface

Love the peace of mind it gives me by explaining the leaps but navigating the app is SO confusing, hoping they fix this and also make it more fun to look at.

Not Worth It

jenx333

Tons of moms in the mom group I’m in recommended this app, so even though it cost money, I figured it must be worth it. Wrong. My baby was born 2 weeks early, so I need to go by her due date instead of the day she was born. Nothing about the leap calendar matches up with her behavior. Even if I look at it based on the day she was born it doesn’t match up. Everything is vague, too. I could get the information about the changes she’s experiencing through a simple and free google search. I would not pay money for this app.

Spot on!

This app is so accurate! Highly recommended

App doesn’t work right

Lis110

I have been hearing so much great stuff about this app and super excited to use it and learn about the leaps. First you buy the app itself for 3.99 then it you want any of the extras you pay 12.99. I paid for both but I never got access to any of the extras and I don’t know that much about the leap stuff so I needed the extras. When I reached out to the support they emailed me two days later telling me to do the basic things, restore purchases reads the app, all the stuff I did. I tried it all again and still not getting it. I let them know and nothing. On day 5 of no response I sent another email. Two days later and still nothing! I have told them I prefer the app but if it doesn’t work I want to be refunded. It has been another day and no response. If this gets resolved I will update my review!

Informative but horrible UX

mmmaryx

The valuable information held within the app is great, however there seems to be a lack of intuitive user experience in its design. There’s a bit of a redundant view of leaps, and a goose chase to find features like the games and activities to use with your child to make the most of their leap skills. Digging through diary then activities then another button to get games is poor product planning.

Book missing with update

Fran fun

Took my money, in a previous version I purchased the book and now it has disappeared and I have to pay a subscription? That’s not fair at all!

Not user friendly

newmom-sofia

The information is okay. Honestly, it the information all looks the same. My biggest thing is it’s hard to use. The way the information I layed out is confusing, and there’s just so much text. On other baby apps they have headings so I can easily scan information. Who had time to read all this text with a newborn? I’m bummed I payed for this.

Lifesaver!

Jenn036

This app is a lifesaver!! It has helped us understand what is going on in our daughters head and why she does the things she does. This helps us know what she is learning and what skills she is working on The app has a calendar so you can know when your baby will have a “stormy” week. It’s spot on. Every time.

Should be free!
