Love the mag; app not so much

Ileinie

Stopped downloading while I was traveling and was advised to delete and reinstall. Seems better now but not as reliable as other subscriptions. But I'll keep trying as I love the comprehensive coverage, the layout and the timeliness. Not as smooth to use on my iPad as The New Yorker. Maybe check out best practices?

Too bad...

I’ve been a reader for many years. In the past couple of years, The Week has gotten MUCH more left-leaning. Each article has at least twice as many liberal views as conservative. (If you don’t believe me, count them.) I’m very disappointed, and often consider cancelling my subscription. I initially was attracted to the magazine because it was even-handed, unlike Time or Newsweek. It appears that is no longer the case.

Have read The Week for years! And have recommended it to so many people, who also love it. Thank you The Week

Great news weekly in a great format

I’ve been reading The Week for years, but recently decided to get only the digital version for my iPad. I’m glad I did. Some news magazines don’t work too well in digital format, but The Week is different. The format is great, especially if you are older and need help with the font size. The navigation is simple and intuitive. Now I can take The Week with me wherever I go and not worry about missing an issue because I am traveling.

Best in class

The week magazine is an easy read sharing all major views of the news along with many major topics of interest in all cultural realms

Not so much

I’ve been a subscriber for years and keep having issues with this app and accessing the magazine.

Works great most of the time

App has improved greatly over the past couple years

Two issues have been published since I was last able to read

Deja Vu all over again. App once again wants me to purchase the current issue or subscribe even though my subscription runs for another two years. This keeps happening every few months. Customer support would reply telling me to reinstall or similar. How about this: customer base says app is faulty or app’s communication with subscription database of The Week is faulty. Figure it out! Quit blaming the customer. Fix the app!

Still can’t open last two publication

Kllafond

Really need to get this thing fixed. My subscription is good through March of 2021. Last two publications will not open.

Great
