Where is the auto demotion update?

I love this game but we’ve had leaders that have not played in 5 months. The players that are active are stuck with a team that cannot move anywhere because of all of the inactive players. Please fix this.

Review dates?
Updates are meh to horrible. Summary- a game for everybody- from the very active to casual 2x a day has turned into a money grab for the 1% try hard, extreme players who play/drive 8+ hours a day, everywhere and/or to pay to win. Much much much more difficult to complete the entire daily and get the experience points to level up character. The events’ rewards are not scaled... only the highest tier available... if you do not make it, try again next month The events are rare so even getting anything is difficult. The events require not your best equipment and/or hero so, when this is combined with the higher difficulty gained from your best load out... success is very unlikely.
Love the game just have one issue

I love this game but I have one issue. I can only do 3-4 missions then it kicks me out. It’s not a connection issue as I have been to places with WiFi. I can be in the middle of a mission and it will kick me out as well. Think this needs to be looked into.
Paid but did not get gold

I love this game. But there are a lot of flaws. Sometimes it does count tasks which are time sensitive. And today, I paid for gold. My bank indicates the money was deducted. Yet I did not get the gold bars I purchased. Then when I signed on again, it said purchase failed even though the money was already taken from my account.
Constantly Crashes

The game constantly crashes within 10 seconds of opening it. Never had this problem before but suddenly it’s happening now. I love this game and play everyday but now I’m getting frustrated when I can’t do anything. I try playing an infestation, rescue, or encounter and get sent back to my iPhone’s home screen. The best part is that I don’t get my energy back so I’m just wasting my energy and time here. I watch the video for 2 seconds and now I’m back to the home screen again. FIX THIS!!!!!

I love this game, I spend the better part of my night playing because there is no traffic on the road and you can go place to place and kill zombies, but the part I dislike is when you play as much as me and some of the other people in my group you run out of energy especially when your trying to reach your goal. See we are trying to make it to the gold tear and every time I get close to finishing I run out of supplies, I’ve bought extra gold to get grenades, Health or energy and I don’t think it’s right but I guess that’s my opinion. But the game is a lot of fun.

When it says you have completed the tutorial and gives you a badge and says redeem in shop then says I left something in the shop then I’m stuck in shop PLZ HELP THIS GAME WOULD BE SO GOOD
