Game keeps cutting off and restarting.. I was told it was only an issue with iPhone users but it is very aggravating. I enjoy playing and if it weren’t for the group I am playing with, I would have gave it up months ago.

Where’s my guns?!

Excellent! Super fun. Only problem is I spent money, never got my gear, and never received a receipt to prove my purchase. I contacted support and have not heard back. We’re getting close to the 24 hour mark and nothing has been done to correct the issue. I will gladly change my rating if/once this gets fixed. Update: my receipts showed up in my email which means I’ve been charged. However, I still do not have what I payed for. I went through the in-App contact, sharing screen shots of my receipts, but have heard nothing back. Very disappointed with customer support. I won’t be stolen from and will continue to push for compensation.

Great game and so addicting, but...

Such a fun game. Hard to find teams though that help. Sometimes I feel like I’m playing the game by myself and getting further with no help. Not the games fault. But, they give you extra battles to play in order to earn tokens for extra weapons or heroes, but they make the limits so high, you can rarely get to the amount required. Therefore, you never get the extras. It’d be great if they made it a little easier or at least drop the amount you need to earn.

Street names should be in a darker font. Sometimes it’s hard to figure out which street to go down. Overall, great game. All my family plays it. Thanks

This game is FREAKING AWESOME but I’m having some problems with the Snipers. When using the snipers, like anyone I go for headshots but hitting them is kinda wonky so I was wondering if that could be patched in upcoming updates. Thanks, and keep making great content!

Will you please fix the crashing. I throw a grenade and it crashes. I got to the store it crashes. You do anything and it crashes. No I don’t have a jail broken phone and I have followed all the steps. A lot of people are having problems with this. We want to play the game, but can’t. That’s not benefiting you cause we are spending anymore money until it’s fixed!!!!!!!!!!!

I am not an active person. That said, I have walked, hiked and generally been out doors, since I discovered this game. This game is simply amazing. I have recommended it to every one I know and they are all now just as addicted as I am. WELL DONE DEVS!
