Been going to GNC for a long time bc I had a buddy who worked there so its all I knew but Vshop definitely has better items at what seems to be a fair price. Definitely happy with their service.

I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to change a password. Correct email on file but nothing when I send password reset to my email. Been like this for days and tried many times. 2/5

The app has so many problems. One example I was in my shopping cart entered the promo code and my total order was $79 after the discounts. I hit submit order and it ended up charging me 100 and something. When I called and talk to the repWho are already knew the Appis terribleAnd it’s a shame because being able to do stuff on your phone instead of your computer it’s convenient. Also it’s not secure. In the meantime and now it is 2022Just use the website.

Absolutely no support and very difficult to contact anyone. Navigation is clumsy and difficult. Products are being delayed and there is no accurate tracking. Will have to go back to Amazon sadly.

Wow — this app was a pain in the butt to use. Very buggy when it came to applying the promotion code App22now, PayPal option completely didn’t work, “checkout” is not an option that shows up while you’re in the cart, even putting the expiration date in for a credit card (example 03/23) was annoying because this site requires 03/2023 which is not the standard format. Maybe once your get to know its quirks this app would be okay but the developers might want to do more user interface testing and make the format a little more standard so that it’s not annoying and hard to navigate. However I will never use this app again if PayPal functionality is not fixed.
