Checkout should include a confirmation page that simple states what was ordered - no changes. User could confirm or return to the modifications page that exists now. Currently it is too easy to accidentally hit buttons when I simply want to confirm everything. It is confusing and time consuming.

I sign up for 20% off. Place my order and AFTER it goes through it says not valid and I got charged more. It did not tell me this before so I could refuse to place order. I do not want this now.

I have you been using the app for months now and it is our go to when we want to pick up something at our local vitamin shop using order pick up or curbside pick up – or even just to check a price of something that they carry. Healthy awards add up quick and can be redeemed in store or online in the app. One of the biggest limitations I found in the app is that it doesn’t seem to have the clearance section available in it like the website does. The simple solution to that is to just browse the clearance section on the website, sign in and add things to your cart and then when you’re done, open up the app and the items should be in your cart in the app. The website cart and your app cart work really well to be the same and keep in sync as long as you’re logged into both. Overall, it’s a great app that works with their healthy awards program (more than just reward points, which are nice too!), Store inventory, product reviews, curbside pick up and their promotions- which they do often. Sometimes the promotional discounts are no minimum order size and most work for both in-store and online purchases. They vary in their approach but are generally around 15 to 20% off. The app can you send out push notifications to your phone when they do a promotion like that for a percent off or you can turn it off, your choice. You can also get a pretty nice percentage off if you sign up for auto delivery of a certain item or supplement, too. The app is an easy way to take advantage of the goodness and nutrition that is in the things that God put here for us. I am thankful for that and I’m thankful for companies like Vitamin Shoppe that make it fun and easy to shop for my favorite products and discover some new ones, too.
