I just want an app that lets me look up chords and shows how to play them. This app seems to try to do too much (for my needs). I found it hard to navigate to the chord library and even harder to search for chords.

Trying to tune it by ear is extremely difficult, plus the video only plays each chord for too short a time for someone to tune it, especially if they’re just starting out. Even just having a button you can press to hear each chord in tune would be good, so you can play it over and over while tuning your own would be helpful. The whole thing just moves a little fast for a beginner.

There’s no instruction here. It’s just an organized format for his videos. Don’t come here looking for any direction or “instruction”. Stick to the free YouTube content, it’s all there. Sorry I bought the app.

No Sound!

I can’t get this app to work. There’s no sound in my cell phone iPhone works perfectly. Also every time I try to go to a different link on the homepage it takes me to the HELP page with no links to get out so I have to keep closing the app. I wish I hadn’t bought it.

I got a ukulele for my birthday so I downloaded this app it would be better if I could hear what the app is saying because the sound doesn’t work on my phone???

Overall I’ve been enjoying this app. I’m new to uke... and music for that matter. So this has some simple step by step instructions for me to follow. However, it seems there are some issues with the coding. iPhone 6 on the latest iOS and the video will play but no sound. If I connect to Bluetooth I get sound and video. But it will frequently freeze or be out of sync. So I either have video but no sound or sound on external speaker but glitchy video. This happens regardless of WiFi or cell data. An up or two should (hopefully) resolve this. Like I said- good content but delivery is flawed. Patience is key.

If you have the YouTube app you really have no use for this stupid app it’s literally just this guys YouTube vids in different playlists and the tuning isn’t very useful it would be easier to just buy a tuner that’s far more user friendly
