Like the app, bugs in upgrading

I got the app and like the features and have been trying to upgrade to pro. I go through the upgrade process but the app doesn’t seem to recognize that I’ve upgraded and just keeps prompting me to upgrade. When I try to restore purchases the app says it can’t contact the App Store. The app has a lot of promise, but honestly left me a bit frustrated.

The problem with learning math is that it's a different language all together, & your teacher is so fluent they forget to translate sometimes. Several of these videos just need a little more. The 'How to tune' video is basically just common sense -- but is there a way to find the next note once a string is tuned? (What fret would help you find the tuning of string 3 after you've achieved string 4? Etc.) Also, better video descriptions would be nice. What will you be covering (notes, strumming, specific skills, etc.), 'cause watching the first couple minutes of a handful of videos just to find that none is what I'm looking for can be tiresome. I would like to say, though, that this app is mainly used by my kiddo to learn, & that some older kids/folks might not need as much guidance, but this would be so perfect if it was just a touch more accessible.

I love the UT and his app. I’ve tried and failed numerous times to learn to play even the simplest of songs on the guitar. After watching a few videos and a little practice I’m happy to report that I can play the first two verses of Here Comes the Sun! I’m a musically-challenged beginner and I can’t even express how happy this has made me. The UT has a very pleasant personality and easy to understand teaching style. And there’s not much funnier than watching him talk-sing Lorde’s Royals. Thanks UT! ❤️❤️❤️

For me the sound wasn’t working at all even though my sound was all they way up and sound worked for YouTube. Maybe it was just mine but it was weird that the sound wasn’t working. I like the idea of it overall though.

I’ve been watching the ukulele teacher for two years now on youtube and he taught me everything I know. I downloaded this app to get to his lessons faster and I thought extra money his way would actually be wonderful, I mean, he did teach me how to play this instrument, right, and I’d love to see all the other songs he’s made tutorials for. However, I’ve only had the app for a week or so now, and I’m completely disappointed. Nothing I click on seems to be responsive. I’ve tried to search for a topic and select a suggestion but nothing happens from there. I just sit there tapping and tapping waiting for the app to do something but it doesn’t. I’m wondering why I even paid for this app in the first place? My advice is to not buy this app but to just go on YouTube and subscribe to his channel instead. He’s a wonderful teacher, I just don’t think the app has caught up yet.

Love this guy and love his YouTube channel, however just on the app there is no sound for any of the videos. 3 staring the app not the teacher or material present. Update. Issue fixed. iPhone issue not the Apps.

I was so excited to download this app. I like the you tube videos and have learned a lot from them. Unfortunately the sound in the app doesn't work. Please fix soon ?

I loved this app so much that I upgraded to pro! That’s when I lost sound on all the videos. Emailed tech support, deleted and reinstalled app, checked all my settings to no avail. It looks like others have encountered the same issue. Now I can see if I can get a refund since I haven’t heard back from tech support. The free app works great, but don’t upgrade.... it only becomes worthless.
