So frustrating. Have purchased the game multiple times, resets itself every time I open the app, plus it keeps asking if I want to buy the full version all the time.

Save your money, I just wasted $5. Won't save progress, won't save player profile so constantly starting over. Previous version before Apple upgrade was great, apple should be ashamed, trick you into upgrading system, and then none of the games work, even when you pay. And of course, no refund cause it's a rip off.

Not happy. Just purchased for the 3rd time. Latest issue is latest iPad download. Even after purchasing again the progress is not saved. A game that I would rate 5 stars has some serious problems. And company ensures that you can't reach anyone to request a refund. Rip off. You bank will reverse the charge. Pain for such a small amt but if enough of you do it, the company will pay attention.

IOS 8 came out when? And still this game hasn't been fixed so a player doesn't have to restart every time? It still doesn't save progress? How long does it take? How many unhappy people have to rate and write before an answer? How completely disappointing! Really, isn't it about time to find a solution? People paid you for the game. Have some integrity.

Come on guys... This was my go to game on my iPad and now it's just garbage and I lost all my history too. Really horrible the devs are not paying attention to the request of their paying customers. It's 2015 now fellas... Get this $h1t fixed already!!

OK I read that your gem games do not support iOS 8. Then why can we even play any level at all? The problem is it won't save where we finish so you start over every time you open the game. You need to find out how to make it compatible which is what you had to do in order for us to use it on iOS 6 and iOS 7..

This is a great game. Great graphics. Levels are challenging. But, first it became impossible to play after downloading an update that no longer worked on my IPad but now that I have a newer iPad this version won't save so each time you open the app you have to start over. Fix it please,,, and I will be glad to upgrade my rating!!!

Never had this problem before. After the update today, got to the beginning of last level where you see the medallion and helpful advice, before you see the chest graphic. Game will not budge off this page. After a prolonged period, tried tapping on the screen, at which point the game gave me some award for being impatient. Tried to send developer feedback rather than leave a review, but the address does not work.
