Paid for app that doesn't work

Like others in the review section, I too paid for an app that does not work. No response from developers. If this continues, I will file a complaint with the Apple App Store to see if I can get a refund.

Used to be my favorite game. Moved from iPad to iPad mini, it made me purchase the game again. Would've been worth it, since I play so much, but now every time I close out, it starts over the next time I open the game. :(

Hate this game! Used to be my favorite! I bought it once and deleted it when I updated my iPad and like everyone else it wouldn't continue the game. Thought another reviewer said it was fixed so I bought it again. No such luck. How to get a refund???? Help!

THIS USED TO BE MY FAVORITE GAME UNTIL YOU "IMPROVED IT". NOW YOU START A GAME AND IF YOU HAVE TO STOP, WHEN YOU RETURN I HAVE TO START A BRAND NEW GAME. IN THE "UNIMPROVED VERSION" YOU COULD LEAVE FOR WEEKS AND I WOULD RESUME MY GAME WHERE I LEFT OFF. THIS MEANS I WILL NEVER RATE YOUR GAME A FULL 5 STARS. TOO BAD.PLEASE GO BACK TO THE OLD WAY WHY FIX SOMETHING THAT DIDNT NEED FIXING.
