Game glitched..no help from their tech support!

Worst tech support ever. Don't expect help if your game messes up. My game glitched at level 23. I'm unable to purchase anything from the home store (everything is greyed out) and some of my hobbies are gone. I attempted to contact their tech support (fire monkeys) several days ago and provided daily updates but they have not contacted me back. I reinstalled the app and nothing changed. I make a lot of in app purchases so they're about to lose another customer due to their inability to help the people paying for their game. I use to like playing this game but now I can't play at all! Going to delete the app permanently.

Since I'm on the fame quest the only thing I can buy is the stack of magazines but you need a coffee table or something to buy them, which I don't have. It is locked. Please take off that feature so that I may continue my game and buy a coffee table to place the magazines on and finish my other quests that require my to buy something.

The spa was a great idea but mining for the jewels took such a long time. I could only own one of the jade deposits because I didn't have enough social points to buy another. This meant that I had way more than enough of the other jewels to buy the spa items, but couldn't because I didn't have nearly enough of the jade. For the animal onsies event, I didn't start the event yet because I did not have a sim who was at the max internet kitten level. However, the time still decreased. If someone decides not to start the event yet, they should still get the full time to complete it and not have the time decrease along with everyone else who already began the event. For the fashion hunter hobby, it was incredibly hard to get all the items in time and this was extremely frustrating. Five into the seven days of this hobby and I only unlocked five out of the twelve items. It seemed that after the first couple days the sims would keep receiving the same items over and over again until I gave up and spent ~300 LPs to finish the hobby in time. The rare items in the hobby shouldn't be that difficult to unlock. Not everybody has the time to waste their entire day on sims, but with the recent update, it's been a huge time commitment.

I would rate this game 5stars if it weren't for the long time ot takes the sims to finish thing and we should be able to BUY the children with OUR money! And the pets cost to much and so do thw horses and houses too! You guys need to make things better! Like make the sims not take much time and be able to adopt the pet YOU want without paying so much and be able to have children and raise them without paying 5 FREAKING DOLLARS!

I was deleting apps an I deleted sims so I went to download sims and I clicked the button to get my saved stuff from Game Center and I wasted my time waiting for it to load and the I made me start over/ :<

So I love this game but when the sims woohoo right after that it should ask you if you want a baby.You should be able to have at least 10 kids,and if you say yes then you say boy or girl or twins or whatever then threw the 24 hours her stomach keeps getting bigger! I hope you make this improvement.Thank you for reading!

Sims free play vs Sims three
I absolutely love sims freeplay but I do think there should be some changes... First of all when I click add baby I would really like for my sim to get pregnant instead of stork el routine. Also I think kids should be able to sleep with there parents, I mean my brother is 3 and he sleeps with my mom so I tried to make a big family like mine but the kids wouldn't sleep with there parents it's not wrong for a little kid to sleep with there parents so fix that. This is not relevant but also I think when you press thing like make baby three lp or make cake five lp is souls instead say three lp or three social points. Thanks for reading.
