Game glitched..no help from their tech support! – The Sims™ FreePlay Review

Worst tech support ever. Don't expect help if your game messes up. My game glitched at level 23. I'm unable to purchase anything from the home store (everything is greyed out) and some of my hobbies are gone. I attempted to contact their tech support (fire monkeys) several days ago and provided daily updates but they have not contacted me back. I reinstalled the app and nothing changed. I make a lot of in app purchases so they're about to lose another customer due to their inability to help the people paying for their game. I use to like playing this game but now I can't play at all! Going to delete the app permanently.
