WHY CANT THEY JUST MAKE THE WHOLE GAME FOR FREE, WHAT THE CREATOR OF THE GAME IS AFRAID OF LOSING MONEY

Well worth your money!

Visuals are detailed and elegant, and while the soundtrack is minimal, it provides the perfect atmosphere to match the events in the game. There is nothing about this game that is disappointing. Well, one thing...how it ended so quickly. The only solution: downloading the others in the series.

No audio settings?
moocowcat

I had fun with this no doubt. Nothing was particularly difficult, but it was engaging. The thematic elements where nice and consistent. Knocked a star off for two reasons. First, in my 7+ screen I seemed to miss the hitbox for sections when trying to double tap to zoom in. So i found myself zooming in, out, in a couple of times to get the right element focused. I also found it frustrating when I was interacting with a small element and a lager one would turn/twist making me constantly fiddle with positioning. Secondly, there are no audio settings I could find. This is a slow, quiet game and while I dug the theme I would like to have been able to have music playing. Not being able to mute audio/sounds this was not a viable scenario (at least not on a single device. I ended up muting my phone and using my pc for music). Overall a good time with a few minor annoyances.

Impressive!

I have been a fan of puzzle and adventure games since the 90s and I have to say this is one of the most well designed games I have ever played. The Logical puzzles and immersive atmosphere scratched my puzzle game itch. I will gladly pay for the sequels.

This is an amazing game full of puzzles wrapped up in a mysterious story.

Intriguing Game
Goddessdawn

I wish the game went a little deeper in the telling of the story. The beginning of the Epilogue was a little confusing, and it would be great, if you could go through the hints by clicking on them, instead of waiting so long in between each hint. I enjoyed the puzzles and use of different symbols. The game is quick to play, so worth the $.99. Onto The Room Two, hoping it’s longer.

I like a challenge and this puzzle room gave it to me

I like a challenge and this puzzle room gave it to me. First time I’ve ever played a puzzle room. I’m going to now try others

Great graphics. Fun to explore.

If you can keep hints turned off, the hints and puzzles in the room are fun and challenging. Looking forward to the next Room!

Great intro to the series
arsadsfi

It’s briefer than the newer ones, but this remains a fantastic mechanical puzzler and a good intro to the series. Just one minor gripe - one puzzle requires using your phone’s tilt sensors. It’s the one time I had to ask for help. I think this departs from the theme of direct manipulation, and it removed me from the flow of the game. Fortunately I don’t recall seeing this anywhere else in the series.

Emersive, Unique, and Sinister!
Kieran Bowers

I have always loved puzzle games, but this series takes the cake. Imagine opening well thought out puzzle boxes (one inside of another, etc.), while solving a puzzle room (or multiple), all while progressing through a sinister story line that very easily could have been cheesy and predictable, but manages to stay interesting.
