I don't know why I like it.

I wouldn't normally buy a game like this but the way it's made is quality. Also I do like puzzles. These get a bit hard at times or involve accidental failures that can have you going nuts. 2 is much longer it seems.

Great game!

You won't find a better free game in the App Store, at least I haven't yet. Similar to Walking Dead & Back to the Future as far as gameplay style goes, but the first free chapter is much longer it seems in this game. I loved it, about to buy the second part!

Brings me back to when games where fun!

And by "fun", I mean back when games where engaging stories that brought you into their world, but not requiring you to be obssesive about it. Unlike todays games that require endless grinding and sidequests, games such as these are focused on a more linear style of play. Its not so much endless"exploration of world" as it is puzzle solving to get through the story. Other games such as Lost Echo, and Republique have been popping up on the Appstore, as well as classics such as Leisure Suit Larry. Solid gameplay, challenging puzzles, excellent and original graphics, well worth the price! Looking forward to getting the sequal!

Well done all around

Fun writing, good puzzles, smart design, and lovely imagery. If you like "point & click" games you'll probably really enjoy this, though it may be a little tricky for newcomers (at first). I really like the "glowing interactive object" mechanic. With touch screen games of this type the lack of a mouse cursor can make things frustrating, but this is an elegant solution.

Slow going at the start, but hang in there!

I agree with others that the game suffers from too much narration and storyline at the outset and it takes a while to make real progress. The characters are also a bit grating, in my perspective, and the Jamaican rasta stereotype gets old fast. After getting bored and stopping, I picked it up again a few days ago and the "good stuff" starts about 15-20 minutes into gameplay. By "good," I mean it became an entertaining, old school point and click adventure game, and I was actually enjoying the reggae soundtrack by the end. I have already purchased Chapter 2.

Very cool! Easy to play. Tough to beat.

You know what I mean. This game strikes a really good balance between puzzles difficulty and game flow. You rarely get bogged down to where you can't think of something to help. (Keep checking that bag of stuff you carry around. You'd be surprised at some of the uses they can provide) All in all a great game! I really liked it. The graphics are cool because they're kind of retro yet polished to perfection. Great job devs! You deserve all the kind things people are saying about your game!

AWESOME

I really enjoyed this game, one of those apps that you know was developed from the heart. Great story, puzzles, music, characters & voices. 5 stars and keep those chapters coming!!
