Don’t be a hearder like a cow and follow the pack! Sure Trumps an idiot at times but he’s also brilliant! The Economist should dare to point out some of the amazing accomplishments and achievements he’s attained in less than 2 years!?

I am an avid reader of The Economist newspaper. Love the app too. Few suggestions IMO would be helpful 1) Track whats been read in the weekly edition 2) Option to highlight text 3) Search across editions 4) Include dictionary for quick lookup
The audio option is amazing

I love this app, I had an outdated version that allowed me to read the stories and download entire issues but this audio option will be great for my morning commute. I cannot recommend this app highly enough.

Surely, the Economists much figure we’re all in our 90’s, it’s about 16pt on my iPad. They’re clearly using the dread html5 boilerplate and setting the viewport size to take up space. It’s enough to make you want to cry. This is after setting the font size to its smallest.
Feature request

The old audio player allowed a speed of 1.25x which was the perfect speed. Now there is only 1x or 1.5x I would like to ask for more granular control on audio speed. Other then that it’s great to be able to listen to the economist on the go.

Audio would not play unless i download it to my limited-storage phone. In the previous version i could stream the tracks online and resume where i left off. Since the new upgrade i can’t do those things anymore. This version is more like a downgrade, not upgrade. Please return the features.

Terrible Account Management

What a frustrating experience. I bought on my phone using iTunes. I can’t get access on my tablet no matter what I do. Apple doesn’t provide support. I asked for help from the economist and they sent me an email describing a multi-step process that is different from the choices that are even available. I asked them to refund my money, but that got no response. I’d love to read the magazine, but it’s not worth this hassle.
