Love this app! Handy, reliable, user friendly, and I love the simplicity.

Complete scam

hajdiahwnsk

I’ve tried to contact support now three times to cancel a subscription it made me pay for. They haven’t gotten back to me over the course of over a month. Very sketchy and unprofessional. I am still being charged for this “Premium Pass Subscription” I was forced to pay for to convert my document. I was desperate to get this file so I paid for it so I could use it briefly and I’ve tried to contact support to cancel it but no one will get back to me. I’ll be contacting Apple soon if I do not get a response.

Perfect for my needs

I have been trying to get another file converter and downloaded one and it didn’t work. Then looked at this one and downloaded it. Even though it said free, it was only free for the first week, so I chose the $4.99 one and it was perfect. Very quickly converted an ePub file to a PDF so I could send it to my IAnnotate files. Perfect for me. I almost jumped out of my chair when it worked. Thank you very much.

Great app!

Wow! This app works so amazingly!! Easy to use and converts large files pretty quickly.

Bait and switch

Yes the app is free, but the service is not. This is not stated until after downloading the app.

Purchasing

I want the purchase for only one month and then I don’t want it to be continued.. so what should I do to stop automatic renewal ???

Terrible File Management

74256274

Uploaded and converted files are randomly sorted in the history. They aren’t sorted by name, date or otherwise. To find a file that’s already been uploaded or converted, you have to scroll through the history looking for the file you want one by one. Also, there is no way to delete multiple files at a time. You eventually accumulate many files and to clear them, you must select them one at a time and choose delete.

Not a good app

Classic1941

When converting from ePub to PDF, it doesn’t preserve the links. They all go to the wrong page.
