Great idea but flawed execution

The good news: An app that lets you stream shows for free without having to log in with a cable subscription! The bad news: Lots of minor annoyances with the app itself, chief among is that it does not fill the screen of my Sony TV when I ‘cast it to the built in Chromecast. Also it’s very slow and unwatchable when using AirPlay mirroring to Apple TV A for effort, but looking for more improvements.

App is crashing and just says “there are no available videos” on the home page! This is the first time I’ve had an actual problem with the app, what’s going on?!? Does it need an update orrrr???

I love that app but why are the commercials repeating it’s like they show you the same 5 commercials on repeat...???please stop showing them so often but they gave aloud of good shows al least but other than than it’s ok

I love the CW shows and this app makes it easy for me to watch he shows when I have missed the live showings. However there are a LOT of ads! But it is definitely worth it!
NOT OPENING

When I go to open the app it shows the CW and then it take me back to my home screen. I turn my WiFi off and it might or might not open. When it does open it won’t let me watch a show at all, it said it’s an error. I used to have the app on my phone and it worked fine because I use to watch The Vampire Diaries. It’s sad ?
Buggy & Inconsistent Playback

While one can hardly complain for “free” content (still spend time watching adverts that CW gets revenue for from impressions), the app constantly disconnects from Apple TV. It will randomly stop playing, then ask if you want to Start Over or Resume. It should log the scenario and automatically know that I need to resume! Sometimes, out of the blue, it will stop playing and throw an alert stating the “video playback is unavailable”. This app could be great but it’s so buggy with such bad UX, it makes me want to throw my iPad like Reign tossed Supergirl!
Unable to watch anything: SERVER ERROR

Why do we get a server error when we try to watch any show? I tried your support center, but it's just an FAQ. There is no way to ask a question or reach a representative. I googled the issue and it says it's not client side, that this is a back end issue. Can you please fix or advise immediately?

i love this app but i wish it had the live tv feature like other apps, like ABC and CBS. It’s fine though. The app is still great and i get to watch all of my favorite shows. I just have to wait until the next day to watch new episodes. I don’t have cable anymore so i would really appreciate if it had the live tv feature.

Closed Captions Hell!

I can’t get the closed captions to turn off!! I’ve deleted the app and re-downloaded. The captions are still on. I will click the CC on the bottom right hand corner but it turns another set of closed captions. When I click on the CC again, it will close out the second set but leaves the other on. How the hell do you turn this crap off????!!!
