They have atrocious customer service, I paid for coins 4 days ago and never received them. I tried to email them MULTIPLE times and all I got was an automated response. They stole my money don’t let them take yours. WORST APP EVER.

Less wait time on keys

I love this story but I’m tired of waiting 7 hours for one key. Maybe if all three of the keys refilled after 7 hours that would be better. But it will literally take me 2 years to finish all of the stories in this app if I waited that long for keys. The story itself is great. Just the choices need to be a little less. Like 200 just to choose for them to hold you. Straight up not right. I’m about to delete this all because of the wait time between keys. I really don’t want to wait 7 hours just to read one chapter. ?‍♀️ Maybe more people would download it if it was a 2 or 3 hour wait between keys. But if you have to wait 7 whole hours for one key that’s just not right.

This game is the game I’ve ever downloaded it’s thrilling, mysterious,and amazingly adventurous i’ve never played something this intriguing, the characters are so well made and thought out I’ve just started playing and I’m already in love with the game and especially the characters. I definitely recommend this game.??

If you’re poor, buy a book instead.

I chose this because it’s “interactive” unfortunately I didn’t realize that all the good choices were barred by coins, that take an excruciatingly long time to earn. Or surprise surprise you can spend a lot of money for more coins. You get a key to unlock a chapter roughly every 8 hours, it takes me maybe 10 minutes to read a chapter and then I’ve got to wait 8 more hours to continue the story. I wouldn’t mind paying 5$ for the game, and an additional charge for each story, but the way things are seems like this game is for those with the funds only, I could afford a romance book from a used book store and get much more out of it then this, it’s just a pity because I think the story is good , I just wonder why it needs to cost so much.

Arcana is an amazing game with an excellent plot and great characters. I think seeing the story from different perspectives is a great idea and really completes the game. The mini game is also fun, but I don’t know when the power ups/ helpers can be used. I do like collecting the postcards as well. I do like the key system of 1 every 8 hours, I think it adds a lot of suspense. One thing I would change though, is the option to only buy 3 keys. I wish you could buy more instead of having to keep buying 3(only if you want to tho). The main problem is the fact that you only get five coins a day. Personally I think this alters the story, because you can really only pick the non- coin options, unless you pay for coins. I realize you have to make money off the game, but five coins a day doesn’t help. You have to wait ages until you can do a coin option. Maybe slowly increase the amount of coins?? Like every day, the coin increases by 5 and then the week restarts. Other than the coin thing, Arcana is an amazing story and I hope Nyx Hydra comes out with another rp game.?

Good but have to pay to make choices

The story is good so far. The writing is good and there’s not too much to read. I’m not sure how much your choices actually impact anything but at the very least they seem to change the story a little. The worst thing is you have to pay to make some choices. I mean $99 for coins? Who in their right mind would pay for that? I’d rather pay 5 to 10 dollars up front to have the whole game unlocked and be allowed to choose freely. If you really want to have people pay for something, make different costumes available for the characters and an option to create your character for a fee.

I hate this, right. I do. I hate that i can’t function when i play this game! Seriously, I cannot concentrate on the dialogue when the art is so PERFECT. Then we have the minor changes in the character’s face that makes it even harder to concentrate! Now, I am not huge on games like this one... but I can’t have enough. I want to have more content from the characters, their adventures, their interactions not only with our own character but each other because it is so addictive... listen. I’m a college student. I’m broke. I work four days a week but you know what I’ve done? Gone right ahead and bought coins. Yes, lots of them. Oh, I don’t regret. Not with goat man, or masochist plague doctor, Wolfie and even less mystics traveling master are all so fun to read! So, heed my words. Be ready to go down an endless hole of obsession and inspiration and to crave more than just a game. Guys, ever thought of making “The Arcana” an actual series? Cuz you should. Each plot is just amazing. Now, I’ll go and play a little more since my keys refilled and brainstorm on drawing my own OC because yes, I am a that obsessed. Congratulations, you made someone who refused to play these types of games and use their money for stories go down an endless rabbit hole. >:( now give my babies the happiness they deserve and give me coins for that juicy extra content.

First of all, obviously it is. Why would the devs just give away their opportunity to get you to pay for coins out of frustration. Secondly, I’ve been “playing”, consistently logging in every day for three weeks. That’s 21 days that I’ve spun the wheel, now the wheel has 4 coin amounts and 4 trinkets which are worthless. So there’s a 50/50 chance of you getting a coin. So out of the three weeks I’ve been playing I should have won at least 10 times. I’ve won 3 times (5,5,15). So there’s that. Third, I think it’s unfair that the winnable coin amount changes. Some days you can win 5, 10, or 20 (I’m not even going to mention the 1000 because let’s be real), and other days you can win either 5 or 10, 15, and 40? Why? I feel this variable makes the game even more unfair than it usually is. That being said, I realize I’m complaining about a mini game on a story app. But I feel like I’ve earned it for all the hours I’ve invested. Additionally, I really love this game and the characters and WHEN THE HECK ARE THEY GOING TO UPDATE MURIELS STORY I DONT CARE ABOUT PORTIA. the end.

Amazing game!

This game is so beautiful. The art work and scenery is so pretty and it fits so well with the story and characters. The characters personality’s are well thought through and the interactions are really good. Over all this game is amazing and fun to play. But one thing I’m not a big fan of is the coin system. You pretty much have to buy coins in order to get some juicy story play options or you gotta wait in order to get that amount of coins. Other than that this game is great!
