Points does not show up
Spectacular guide of iron sea
I love the app, but I never can see how many points I have to go for reward. Every time I go to rewards it ask for password. When I enter password it doesn’t work. I have changed my password so many times. I have used app quite a few times. I don’t think it’s adding up my points.

Tried to login several times over the past weeks. Says “App Error it’s not you it’s us” every time I try. I even uninstalled/reinstalled the app on two different devices. I give up. (Used to work great a couple years ago!)

We arrived and were told that a party of 40 just put in there order... we were skeptical but decided to stay. And we are glad we did. Your staff did an outstanding job getting our orders in a timely fashion. We Thank you. Our kids thank you!!!

Hello, it’s 2020 and a popular food chain restaurant doesn’t have a decent working app?! Let me hand write my order and send it snail mail. That’s more along their speed. Using hamsters as servers apperantly. Keep up the good work Friday’s. Sincerely lost customer

My husband loves the flat iron steak and this restaurant makes the best veggie burger I’ve ever had. I love eating here!
Decent app, but constantly requires you to login/logout

I like the app and it’s convenient for redeeming, earning, and tracking points. I just wish it didn’t require you to logout and log back in so frequently. Seems to require you to logout/re-login even if you just logged in 10 minutes ago.
