App notifications needs to be fixed and formatting for newer iPhones hasn’t been updated. Seems like they have stopped supporting the app.

Overall the TGI Fridays app is ok. You can place mobile orders and receive rewards, however you CANNOT customize parts of your order. You also cannot add notes/instructions for your order. This is an inconvenience because I like my food in a specific way. Ordering through the app should be similar to ordering in person. You can only add 1 extra sauce in the app as well. I should be able to add as many sauces as I would like, and should be able to customize any part of the meal.

I have ordered from here before and the meals are hot, packed well and all complete. Thanks to the hard working TGI Staff!

Says the app is experiencing difficulties every time I use it. Also I can’t see the server for assistance if I’m trying to order takeout from home.

At this point I’m ready to delete this app. When I attempt to sign in, it tells me my password/email is invalid (which it’s not). I have reset the password multiple times. I log in with the new password & the password/email is still “incorrect”. I’m better off placing orders online from my computer & redeeming points.

I love using the app to order when I don’t want to dine in. It’s easy to navigate & I can check out what deals that have going on. When I arrive to the restaurant to get my food it’s always hot & ready !
Would not take my coupon through the app

Since the last update, the app doesn’t work properly. I have to log in every time I open the app, even though I enable “Keep me signed in. “ And half the time we have dined at the restaurant, I can’t use the app because it won’t allow me to log in at all. It tells me to see our waiter and U can’t use my points. Fix it!
