Not working after update

I cannot see any video when playing the programs. Audio is working but not the video. My phone has the latest software update at 15.2.1. I tried deleting and redownloading the app but it was still the same. Wi-Fi is restarted as well but to no avail even with the highest Wi-Fi strength. Also, it is not working with chrome cast anymore so you have to watch, (or listen, since there is no video) on your cellphone. Hope this will be fixed soon.

What’s wrong with the TFC.tv? I can’t access any shows. I just renewed and upgraded my subscription and was charged $12.99 already but still i can’t watch any shows. Tried to reinstall the app but it’s still the same! What a waste of money!!!!!

Unable to send to chrome cast to my television. Also no closed captioning for hard of hearing or English only speakers.

My mom (who is 60+ years old) uses this app on the iPad and the user experience she has with the new version is terrible. From the minuscule, almost microscopic navigation icons to the awful experience of trying to find the latest episode of any show, to the episode launching automatically but not full-screening the video yet hiding the video controls rather than making them visible until full-screening... All of these things combined resulted in me having to step in and re-teach her everything in this app. And even then, things like the AirPlay experience are not 100% reliable. The experience is so frustrating for her that she’s considering canceling her subscription.

Why update if you just gonna make it worst for your subscribers?I used to be able to chromecast real quick on my smart TV before updating this crappy app..now, it’s like everything is so hard to access..Your airplay is the worst!!! it doesnt work all the time..too much going on and so unorganized!!!

BRING BACK THE OLD APP! This update took out the capability of streaming to your tv. I used to stream videos from cell phone or ipad to TV via chromecast. Now that feature is gone. Will have to cancel subscription soon if this is not fixed soon

The update is terrible you can’t even cast anymore on Google Chromecast, it’s better bring back the old version of it. Update should be better but it’s not even worth. Very disappointed.
Latest update breaks airplay functionality

Airplay no longer functions correctly. When the iPhone enters Lock Screen, airplay stops as well. A work around is to hit play on the Lock Screen when this happens(this sometimes takes a couple of presses) or to turn off auto-lock in your display settings. This shouldn’t be up to the user to figure out. Airplay should continue even when the phone enters Lock Screen. Or the app shouldn’t allow the phone to auto-lock when airplay is going. Please fix. I previously tried messaging through the “contact us” page on the website with no response back.

Another terrible update. Their ratings will never go up. We have chromecast on every room and unable to cast. Hope someone smart is working on this issue.
