Hi. I’m subscribed to I want tfc app, and I tried renting the movie “love is color blind”. My card is charged twice and I’m still not able to watch the movie. Please help me solve this problem

You shouldn’t implement the update if there are still issues! You should have tested it first before you released the update! This is really bad!

Hey can you bring the old app back this new update is really bad and even have a background hissing sound. We love the former update. And how you lay out everything is not good. Otherwise we will just end the subscription.

Squeaky noise Update Complaint

I love this app, I’m able to watch all the movies and shows that bring back old memories but for some reason after the update, I cant stop hearing this squeaking or squealing sound. Even the website on the computer has the same problem and it’s getting to the point where I can’t enjoy the show without being irritated, iwanttfc developers please fix immediately.

Please bring back the previous version. The update is terrible! It quits and difficult to use. What were you thinking tfc? Whoever developed the latest version should be fired!

New interface seems cluttered, please simplify. Also, I don’t like how the app auto plays videos. It also is a bummer that the Chrome cast option disappeared, please put it back.

I still have an active subscription that I am supposed to renew in February. I have an active subscription and yet I cannot watch any shows I have uninstalled the app and installed it but it’s still the same why is this

Great remote app

Compared to the old version, the update’s layout looks too crowded on an iphone. But the worst part is that chromecast is no longer available. You should include both options, airplay and chromecast like in the old version. Unfortunately, Airplay is unreliable and unstable compared to chromecast. With airplay, when your phone goes to sleep the airplay stops working. With chromecast after you have casted your video on the TV you can just turn your phone off and it continues to cast to your tv. Please, bring chromecast back and, if possible, change the layout so it doesn’t look too crowded on the IiPhone. Thanks.

I hate the new version. I used to enjoy watching on my phone but you made the app worse. You made it difficult for subscribers to watch. The new version is not user friendly.
