Amazing idea but glitchy

Have had this app for years and as a magazine addict love love love the idea. I just wish it wouldn't glitch as much as it does. Downloads slow, randomly quits all the time, and doesn't load pages accurately especially in very visual mags. Can't wait till it is a fluid experience and fingers don't have to be crossed to read a magazine.
Extremely hard to cancel before trial is over

I’m not much of an app reviewer, but there’s nothing more I hate than signing up for an app trial and getting locked in to a monthly subscription because the app makes it EXTREMELY difficult to cancel the subscription. I’ve gone around and around I circles trying to cancel my subscription and when I thought I successfully did so (within the trial time!), I just received a receipt in my email for the month — $11. Totally absurd. I want out. Let me out! Just a bad business practice. Shame on you, Texture.

The best, I have given as gift to family and friends for the past two years, all have loved this app. Well worth it.

Great selection, yes, but inconsistent in the app’s execution. The Windows desktop is not available on the Mac desktop, which is a shame: most of the magazines are not readable on the iPhone (duh) so the additional platform would make increase the accessibility.
Doesn’t work with back issues: some issues won’t load others crash the app.

Doesn’t work with back issues: some issues won’t load at all. The only feedback is a cryptic “null void” error. Others issues crash the app when tapping on an image. Tapping a slideshow image results in an inescapable blank screen. The only way forward after this is to force close the app and start over. Invalidates the whole point of a subscription service like texture.

No response to multiple requests for password reset and no easy way to request it except by email where company never responds.

If you are someone who purchases even 1-2 magazines per week, you are wasting your money at the store. You need to STOP NOW and get a subscription to this app. You have access to hundreds of online issues, also available to read offline. I no longer have piles of magazines laying around. I’m also able to save articles and pics of things I like, and share with friends electronically. I’m saving hundreds of dollars per year by canceling my other subscriptions, yet I have so many more magazines to read! A great gift idea, too!
