Needs some Improvement

I transferred from an android phone to an iPad and paid the $9.99 a month service so I could text the pictures off of my phone through the app and be able to download them onto the iPad. Every picture has to be saved and then deleted individually which is very exhausting and I couldn't send short videos. Most of the time I receive an incoming call, whether it was on the android or now the iPad, the caller gets my voicemail before my device ever starts ringing. I missed a very important medical appt over the line, also hoping service would improve if I paid. I would also like to be able to block my phone number by dialing *67 first and wish I could block callers by inputting their phone numbers instead of waiting for contact.

I found the perfect number and have it connector my other apps. I was trying to get a code from Facebook and said I had to pay. I paid the $4.99 a year and said it was good to go but kept getting some weird error and wouldn’t send a code. I uninstalled the app and tried to sign back in but it said my email was invalid what??? Now when I try to sign in it is making me get a NEW number! I am signed it to some accounts with this number and now I can’t even get in it. I can’t even get a hold of anyone to help!

Every time I answer a call it hangs up or I can’t hear the other person. They always have to call twice or I have to call them back. Every time.

I’ve used this app for many years now & loved the convenience of it. Until recently (a month now) I have not been able to receive email notifications of incoming text messages I tried different emails to see if that was a problem and still nothing. I reached out to tech support and still no solution. I have two accounts (#’s) and neither one of them receive email notifications for incoming text messages. This feature is super important for me since I can’t be logged in at the same time to both accounts. I also purchased the SIM card and I am not able to use it unless it’s connected to WiFi. I chatted with tech support and kept getting transferred to someone who could help me and still no solution.
