How can I restore my themes , fonts & stickers. I had this app before & deleted for awhile. I downloaded again & everything I had disappeared. When I click the "restore" button nothing happens. HELP ????!!!

i had this app on my galaxy 3 and loved it and even my phone before that.... when i switched to my iphone and tried to download the app again it will not let me add any other backgrounds or anything it says to restore and every time i hit it it dont do anything): very disappointed i loved this app

I had fonts and themes downloaded with the option to download more. Now I have nothing but the basic and I'm wondering why. What happened to the HELLO KITTY, LOVE, MOTHERS DAY themed packs just to name a few??Also, when I hit restore nothing happens. Not sure what 11/7 update did either because nothing has changed with my app at all. I would download PRO to get more themes but the reviews there is disappointing :(

This used to be my favorite app. Now I can't get it to do ANYTHING!! When I try to contact support, I get an error message! FIX IT SO THAT WE CAN USE IT LIKE WE USED TO!!!

The update does nothing. It only stretched the app to look longer but now it doesn't fit In my screen because the bottom is cut off :/ I was so excited for this update, finally, but it fixed nothing.

Lost all in app purchases

Lost all of my in app purchases a while ago. Can't even get to the page to reinstall the free packs. I am back to the basic app. I WIILL NOT repurchase the packs I've lost, although I couldn't even if I wanted to. Used to love this app.

Before the update I wasn't able to click on any of the themes to install them. Now the app is stretched past the bottom of the screen and when I click on "restore" just like before nothing happens ?

I use this app all the time. I had to re-download it and once I did that I couldn't get any of the extra themes or fonts. I put in my password to reload and nothing comes up and I know I downloaded pictures and fonts. Disappointed. Would be a 5 star if I could download the themes and other fun stuff.
