CONFUSED – TextCutie - Texting with Photo Caption & Add Font,Sticker,Emoji on Background Pic Review

How can I restore my themes , fonts & stickers. I had this app before & deleted for awhile. I downloaded again & everything I had disappeared. When I click the "restore" button nothing happens. HELP ????!!!
