App hardly ever works. It's expensive, and many matches aren't available. Great when it works but the app is unreliable.

Charging for something that is not working as what it suppose to do. That's a fraud!! Otherwise, why are you not fixing it!!

Too expensive for both monthly and yearly. Not gonna give more than 1 star, I might change my mind if they consider lower the price to $5 a month or $50 per year.
Fails to launch

The app worked up until the point where the new iOS update was released, and now it just never launches - it's perpetually stuck on the title screen. I've deleted and reinstalled to no avail.
Do NOT buy on impulse while attending tennis events

I am a tennis player with considerable experience, who attends many ATP1000 events. This is NOT an application for people such as this man. Look to watch the match that is in the stadium, if one thinks or senses one can watch the Indian Wells, Italian Open, Swedish Open live, forget it I was at such events and found this app wanting. Technically, the app is very very poor, it’s jerky slow, stops, stalls, quits. I own a tech company.
Poor Coverage

Most tournaments not covered, and those that are don't have most matches covered. Forget about expansive first round coverage. Expensive. And -2 stars for this annoying bug: when watching on iPhone, and you switch between matches, the iPhone "loading" icon in center of screen never goes away. As a consequence, I have to shut down the app and reopen when switching between matches. Horrible. Been that way for a full year and they haven't fixed it.
