I purchased on my iPad and signed up for a monthly app subscription. But it won't let me sign in on my iPhone. Only on my iPad. Should be across all devices on my account.
It's a mess

This app needs a lot of work. Too many glitches. It often doesn't recognize one's password. Furthermore when clicking on a Live match it often says Geoblocked or Invalidkey. They got to fix these glitches, it is too frustrating. Really a shame.

I want to check tennis often without hassle, so why do I have to log in each time? So annoying.

Great design! Works very well and gives you live streaming to most tournaments. Only complaint is they don't stream the Slams!
Huge bug

New app won't work on iPad or iPhone!!!! Endless circles of error messages and log in issues. Please sort this out!!!! Hard to justify paying for something I cannot use. Btw I know my account is correct because I can watch it on a desktop.
Cannot restore subscription

I am paying 3-months subscription and since they updated I canon access to app live matches. I contact support and I do not get any answer . I am trying to restore app thru iTunes and it is Not working. I got charged in my credit card already and I cannot access to any game. Please fix this or give me money back! I am expecting a Good service if I am PAYING for that. There is not even an email to complain and "live support" NEVER answer the questions.Thanks!

That's the message I get trying to log on to Tennis TV on my iPad. The non-existent customer service had no answer for me & keeps "dropping connection" as we talk. This is awful & needs to be fixed. I paid for this service!! 5 days without access. Customer service has yet to answer my question as to how will I be compensated for the lost days.

What a worst app which don't even have consistent streaming....don't waste your money...they even raise 100% of their price after you subscribed any package without giving any pre notice....

A update booted out all Apple subscribers who were unable to restore their paid subscriptions. Their customer service said they fixed it at their end and went on to ask me for my Apple ID and password to request a refund from Apple so I could purchase from their site. This company is really bad.
