i love this game but i deleted in my ipad and now i download it on iphone after 2 days it shows me error message that you can’t play i don’t know why please clear out that what is wrong with the game thanks

I’ve been playing TR2 “forever” on an apple device, but I have a new android phone, so I decided to see what it’s like to start off as a new player— no coins, no gems. It’s horrid! There are now many runners and new “skins” that require tokens to unlock. But you need artifacts to complete objectives. Well, they won’t let you collect any artifacts until you first collect ALL the tokens. This was fine when TR2 was “younger” but now, it’s ridiculous. I’ve played for many hours, collected enough tokens to unlock several runners, and still have almost 300 tokens to go, before I’ll be given even one artifact! I’m stuck on level 7. Cannot get an artifact, probably will take 100 games or so, cannot unlock Lost Jungle, that takes 500 gems. I’m stuck. I wa playing Frozen Shadows, which along with Sky Summit, was free, with no indication that it was free only for a limited time. Suddenly, Frozen Shadows also costs 500 gems! Just about one hour ago it was free. Imangi Studios, given me back Frozen Shadows. This game is frustrating enough as a new runner, for you to pull this switcheroo.

Nothing changes. Daily challenges that can be completed over time,can’t. To Imangi, “over time” means 24-hours, so why bother. They change the rules when the present daily challenges. For example, the other day I was playing in Pirate Cove and because none of the challenges involved specific areas, every location appeared regularly. Today the “over time” challenge was to collect 2000 coins on the sandbar. By the time gave up after more that 25,000 meters, I’d earned 112 coins on one sandbar run. When you hit pause the game doesn’t stop immediately, so when you start up you’re likely to fall off a ledge or hit an obstacle. Trying to activate a power up is hit and miss. Sometimes you have to double-tap multiple times for it to work… assuming you don’t die first. What happens with all the treasure chest it’s I earn. No way to get to them. I can see the Mega-Chest but nothin every comes from it as far as I can tell. Imangi took a good game and ruined it but because they’re making so much much from their overly long ads, they no longer care.

Everytime anything happens there’s an add. You’ll spend more time waiting for the freaking adds to end then ever playing the game. Super lame

Love this game! However I am deterred from playing because I want to pick up artifacts, not character tokens for characters I don’t even want but I don’t have a choice. Would be really nice if I could choose or if the chests would alternate between tokens and artifacts. I have over 100 tokens to collect before I can start getting artifacts again and this makes the game not very fun anymore.
