Too complicated and less coin/gem value

When I opened the app I was bombarded with buttons, adds, and with little guidance on what they all actually mean. It may be partly because of the recent Christmas update, but it’s annoying. In addition, coins and gems seem to have little value.

This game is really fun! There is just one little con: there is this thing, where when I’m loading in to the game, it says, “error” and I can’t even load in! I have perfect WiFi and it still does that! Please fix it soon! Thank You!

Honestly,I love this game but you to make amend to this area…Everytime I changed my phone I need to start over from level 1 again,this is the third time..Can you help me out because am already at level14 on my previous phone

When I swipe to the side it goes up and I die!!! That makes me so mad.But other than it not going in the direction I want the character to go it is super fun and addictive. Just be careful when you swipe and you will be on your phone for a long time!

Don’t believe the overall high ratings you see for this game. That was before their “grand” update. I’m fed up with how much Imangi has ruined this game. I just had a challenge to collect 2000 coins on the sandbar in Pirate Cove. The reward? 5 gems. Wow! Unfortunately the developers make it so you may see the sandbar once every 10000 meters and then you’ll be on and off so fast it will take you ten trips to earn 2000 coins. In the end I spent way more the 5 gems (mostly in saves because the double tap feature is so intermittent you die trying to activate it). But the funniest part was once I’d finally got to 2000 coins, the sandbar suddenly becomes longer and more frequent. What good are the PICK UPS? I collect them every time I man a chest but there is no way I’ve found to claim the rewards. There used to be a screen but it’s either so convolutely buried or it no longer exists. One of the few good things they added was the ability to access characters faster. Apparently that was so successful they decided to go back to the old method. Are the developers trying to make this game unplayable? So far so good. I know a number of people complain about the ads and I get that the company makes money from ad revenue to keep the game free for those that don’t want to pay, and honestly, why would anyone want to pay for such a buggy game. But do the ads need to be so long? First you have to watch a fixed amount of the commercial before you can move on. Then there are 5 more seconds to show the download screen then more time to make sure you don’t want to buy it. All this time makes me less likely to download/buy.
