Installed latest update version 4.5.1 and it has lots of bugs. Scrolling does not work, viewing images has issues. Terrible user experience.

Very Buugy App, Options provides doesn’t work as intended, needs many updates, This app seems developed ages ago, come on guys you are charging 10’s thousands rupees and not providing good user experience.

I am an iOS developer myself and I can tell you that this app has one of the worst UX ever. I was able to find ton of issues in the app using it just for couple of hours.

Bad Service and Profiles

Profiles on this site are very bad and recommendations are not suitable. Assisted matrimony is so horrible, I would not recommend anyone to take their service. They send the worst matches or repeated profiles that you already said you were not interested in. It is such a awful service and waste of time and money.

To get your membership renewed, support is very active in calling you all day and will make you the payment. But if you are having any issues no one will respond and you have to call them and get your issue resolved.
Worst app ever for a matrimonial service

The app has lot of bugs and the list keeps growing every few months. Customer service is very poor as well. The only reason people are using this service is because of it’s brand name, and with this kind of service I’m sure they will loose that too in the near future.
