It’s better to search the matches ourselves than the person who got assigned to you looking, they don’t even give you a handful of matches, but mean while you can check no of profiles. Thought they would have access to the profiles that won’t show up in the app but it’s not they look at the same profiles that we check and they don’t even do their part

I didn’t know about the membership auto renewal and the payment was auto deducted. I wasn’t even using it but when asked for cancellation and refund they pressure you to use it but not issue the refund . Customer service is extremely bad and literally have no knowledge at all .

There won’t be any option for chat. Before payment they provide chat option at multiple places. Later they remove. Before payment they keep on calling to upgrade the package. Once paid they disappear and no one answers your queries.
Updated the app to make it worse

Recently updated the app and can no longer use app in landscape mode on my app. How can they not think of iPad usage while updating iOS version.

The app is very buggy. The shortlisted list is not updated real time. The app loads very slowly every time. The recommended matches are always out of preferences. The search functionality shows very less matches They also do very aggressive marketing and will call you everyday until you take premium subscription

Pros:This app has lot of profiles. Cons: very bad interface to use. App is full of bugs. Changing phone number won’t work. Have to call customer care for that. Giving 2 because even though having a decent number of users, they made no effort in improving the app’s user experience.
