TechSmith products are excellent!!! Longtime user, always a fantastic experience with amazing tools.

The moment I launched the app for the first time, I was prompted to “Create An Account.” This is all too often the ploy of companies creating software. You can’t have a single transaction. They want to get their hooks in you. Well, no thanks TechSmith! I value my privacy and have no interest in being tracked.

Question for frame rate

So at my house, I have very fast internet, and it recorded in 60 FPS. I went to a different location, one with significantly worse internet, and when I went to check the recording, it seemed to have been lowered to 30 fps. The battery was not the issue, as it was the same amount. So my question is: does internet affect the recording frame rate, or did I do something wrong? Please answer back, Thank you
