Magic

Anne’s MacBook

Absolutely magical. It sure beats screen shots and photos for developing a guide for applications. And Camtasia is not required. You can access it in Snag It just fine.

Didn’t Work For Me

KTrose86

UI seemed really straightforward, but unfortunately I couldn’t get this to work at all! Tried at least 5-6 times to capture a short clip of a funny show I was watching to show a friend; Each time the picture appeared frozen a few seconds in for the rest of the recording (sound continued normally), or the whole recording completely disappeared and was replaced by a 2-second clip of me hitting “record”. I tried different lengths, ranging from 15 seconds or so to just over one minute. None were successful ? There doesn’t seem to be too much I could be doing wrong, but a FAQ/help section would be really nice to double check.

Causes video to be blank

4wvrstn

Wanted to record commentary over streaming video but running the screen capture caused the video to be blocked / blacked out.

No.

This app has been uninstalled from my phone for months. Over 4 to be exact. & is still screenrecording randomly. This is alarming. Along with my review I will be reporting the app and hopefully none of my personal Information relating to my cards has been compromised. Beyond upset.

i noticed that in game sound is recorded 1/2 seconds after that scene has gone. u need to fix it. sound can’t be merged with the video.

Garbled Audio

On my iPhone, my recordings end up with high-speed and garbled audio. I don’t experience this on my iPad, however.
