Was asked to download this app by who I thought was customer service. So, I did. They accessed my phone and all my accounts and then tried to get my bank account information. Fortunately, I didn’t give that to them. This app is not good, it’s way to easy for criminals to use to take advantage of people.

This app made it very easy for a scammer to see all my bank info acting as an Apple support person. He had me download this app in order to see if there was fraudulent activity on my Apple account. There was, by him, after I downloaded this app!

Scammers will request you to download this app, telling you they want to issue you an immediate refund or credit from a company. I’m my case, it was Apple scammers posing to be from Apple, from whom I was seeking a refund. They can see your every move on your phone, as well as possibly interact with your data. Per the real Apple company, I had to do a factory reset to ensure there were no possibilities of the right from my checking account. Please be smart and know who you are dealing with and for what reason. Still waiting to see if their fraudulent transactions actually clear the bank. Smooth operators, this lot. app remaining on my phone. The scam took $1000 of my money
