Downloaded the app and as multiple reviews have stated the app crashes immediately. With 2 weeks to go I hope the programmers can fix it and have it functioning. I volunteer at the finish line and have used it to track runners.
NYC Marathon you better Hope Tata is better at consulting so they can keep sponsoring

This app is simply the worst I’ve ever seen. I’ve never seen an app release when the app simply crashes. On top of that, numerous posts have obviously updated Tata but NOTHING. I hope NYRR get better service than all the people simply wanting to download an app that works. Surprised Apple hasn’t pulled this. Really really bad PR for both Tata and NYRR club. Doesn’t

If you read the website, it says app will be up and running end of October. There’s no reason for it to work now.

I can’t open the app. It crashes after 2 seconds of trying to load. iPhone 7 with IOS 11.0.3. DELETE!!
