Maybe I just don't have enough available memory, but I don't get my route mapped. Also, I'd like to be able to put a description on my non-business miles to distinguish different purposes besides just "personal."

Hoping to get a bigger refund

I got this app in hopes that all this documentation of expenses will equal a larger refund when we do taxes next year. I like mileage tracking. I also like expenses tracking. The app used to support offering local businesses as possible "where" locations but that feature was removed without warning. The app is not perfect and it has crashed before while sorting out trips. If it could remember places and expenses I repeatedly go, then it would be much better. Make that annual fee more of a value with added features so the app is the best at what it does.

I keep track of everything with this program; receipts, mileage, income. Come tax time, I press 2 buttons and have my Audit-free report to give to my CPA. No more wasted hours gathering a years worth of junk to get my taxes done. Happy, happy customer!

Wish I'd found it sooner

I love this app! I've actually been paying a bookkeeper for almost a year to help me keep track of my expenses, and I have always been the hold-up. I was late in getting her my bank statements, late in explaining receipts, and horrible about keeping track of my mileage. But after just two weeks of using this app, I'm caught up on everything and now bookkeeper-free.

I love this app for keeping up with my salon business. It even keeps up with my receipts!! Then at the end of the year I print out my review and take it to my tax person!!

I am not very good at keeping records concurrently and this helps me stay on top of my paperwork+it shows me how much I am accumulating in tax write-offs for things I would normally let go because it is too much trouble to keep track of. Need to be able to edit the Start and Stop lines because Merge sometimes records an interim address.

I use this all the time so that I don't have to hold on to my receipts. Very handy. I don't use the mileage portion since I already had another app for that, but works well!
