I would give it a 5 but the mobile app still crashes if you try to capture round trip mileage with round trip button active. You have to capture one way Mileage first, and then activate round trip button. App normally closes automatically after. I have saved my data, deleted and reloaded app without any success.

I have been using this App since it was first released many years ago. Its features and what you can do crush any other product out there. 5 stars for sure! Don't forget to track medical miles too. I added them as their own business entity to make it easy for my accountant. Also remember it's either mileage OR car expenses/repairs, etc. Consult your tax professional and happy Taxboting!

I have contacted customer service multiple times and they are never able to help me. The app is full of bugs, it's not user friendly and it is always freezing up. I would have canceled long ago if I hadn't purchased the year membership. You better believe I will not be renewing.

Fantastic service. It automatically tracks your mileage, keeps track of your expenses and keeps everything your CPA needs to file your tax returns. I've been using it for about 4 years now.

Have been using this for years and keeps getting better. Needs to upload receipts from more than gmail but its a start. Difficult to find tutorials on iphone/youtube that are the latest. Still slow to create reports. Not intuitive for classifying uncategorized receipts that didn't upload via smart match. Works best if you upload daily otherwise your dates are wrong! Would be nice to have all receipts automatically downloaded to computer for ease of attaching to correct bank statement etc. Would like to be able to delete categories that have receipts previously attached if I want to fine tune my categories and it cant be done! Would like option for who, what when and why on all receipts instead of just meals and entertainment. However it is still the best audit proof program out there. ?

Necessity
I have used it for years and love it. I adore the company, but current version is painful to use.
It makes life and business easy!
