Will not let me enter my amounts . When I enter an amount and go to the next box the amount disappears it’s happened every time I have tried filing.
This app needs work

This app worked great, until I got to the screen that you enter your credit card info on. It kept locking up and wouldn’t let me enter all of the info for the card. Great! Turbo tax here I come!

Aside from a confusing review, and poor w2 camera a stellar app for all tax options!

Tried to call 3 days running but got recording too busy to take phone calls. Gave up. They didn’t reply to email either. Input sheet for foreign tax credit carryover from prior year only partially loads so had to input on different computer. Very disappointing since I’ve used TaxAct for about 12 years but not on a tablet before.
New passwords don’t update

Good luck signing into your account if you use the website then the app or visa versa. This app is so unusable, it’s forcing me to use your direct competitors, and paying them.

We have used Tax Act since it became possible to file electronically. I believe this is the easiest, most accurate program on the market. They have never let me down.
They automatically require more money to send

They automatically require you to add the deluxe version so my bill is $70 even though I have nothing to file.
