Unable to use cartwheel

Can’t use cartwheel offerswith the target app even though they are on the SAME app. You can not use any offers available unless you are paying IN-store. You also aren’t able to scan your cartwheel app for savings upon pick up because you already paid!
Doesn’t work in store

Whenever I try to use this app in the store it won’t load and just closes. It’s fine in the parking lot, my house, wherever, but not the Target Store. When I first installed it all was fine and I could check sale items on it. What’s up with that?
