Doesn’t function

Incredibly unintuitive and slow to react. Shows bugs and errors. Poorly engineered and poorly designed. Somebody get a UX person in here.

This app is straight trash at OSU! (Ohio state that is) you wait 20 minutes in a queue just to be told your ride will be there in over an HOUR. That is a waste of time. Ridiculous.

App will open and then crash after about 5 seconds. Can’t request a ride or even see the wait time.

Throw the whole app away. Absolutely horrible. Times are never right. It stayed at 14 minutes away for 40 minutes. What is that? The drivers forget who they have in their car too. They will pick someone up and drive to the opposite side of town. Then drive back to where you’re supposed to be going. Straight trash. Throw it all away
Makes getting a ride more difficult.

Maybe it’s just that my university is so big but you have to schedule hours in advance and hope it comes on time. Would be wayyy better if you could schedule a time in advance. Not helpful at all.

ETA is never right. And it can not remember my username and password. The address inputting function is horrible.

I have tried to use this app on my iPhone 8plus and it doesn’t work. I have uninstalled it twice and downloaded over and over and it doesn’t work.
