App needs an update!

The app is smooth running for the most part. However, it’d be extremely nice and helpful if the app had notification sounds or “pings” whenever the ride is outside. I’d also think it’d be very helpful if multiple stops could be added when there’s more than one person in the ride.

Nothing on this app makes sense. I tried using it 5 different occasions and never got it to work. A waste of time and storage.

Just read some reviews. It's unbelievable that this app got no improvement at all in the past 2 years! Whether the driver can pick you up depends on luck. I was luckily picked up by a driver tonight, she complained to me all the way about this app. How come so many Universities are still using such a trash app in 2021? Also, the "Feedback" button in the app is for show. You can't click it.

They were supposed to come in like the next 2 minutes but then it turned into 4! AND THEN THEY SAID I BOARDED MY RIDE WHEN THEY WERE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF CAMPUS!! I never boarded anything!!! They need to double check where and who they have on board. It’s ridiculous
can’t even use it

it won’t even let me select my school, and no matter what i do it gives me the same no internet error. obviously i have internet, as i can post this, but i tried cellular data, wifi, both, on and off alternating, and nothing works.

My ride was cancelled as no show whereas in app the is still 15 mins away The wait time is never correct
