Horrible it didn’t work for me

I was able to get any phone calls to go through correctly. The support system is horrible and I can’t even call anyone to ask for help. I’ve tried emailing as well and that doesn’t work. I was on a little bit of a trial and then because I didn’t cancel in time it’s charged me $60 for some thing I’m not even able to use. I’m very unhappy customer. I hope someone gets a hold of me and remedies this.

Free trial charged me anyway.

Nice app. I just wanted to do the free trial and it charged me 10$ anyway. Currently waiting for a refund

Bought 1 year subscription. Worked for a day. Then started saying cannot record calls in US. Useless piece of crap.

downloads fine, looks great and appears all good until you enter your number and low and behold you cant use it at all unless you lock in some payment plan or method. literally no way to use Tape A Call for free. Nah dude, no shibby from me.

How do you end your subscription!? I’ve been subscribed for nearly a year now because I cannot figure out how to unsubscribe!

As far as I can tell, the “Outgoing Call” recording feature just straight-up doesn’t work.

I got the app to record an important call. I tested it out on a short call. Worked fine. After the longer important call, I listened to part of the recording so knew it was there. I went to “transcribe “ the call, something happened in the process and it bonked. The recording disappeared and there is nothing but noise. The app is worth less than nothing if it is unreliable.

New Auto Call Recording Doesn’t Work

I’ve been using the app almost a year, without issue and all of the sudden it wouldn’t let me call out. I looked in the settings and it had automatically put on this new feature “Auto Call Recording”. This would not allow me to use my contacts or call out typing in the number. When I turned it off, it still works.
