Tapeacall can’t find my subscription after purchasing outright

After purchasing this app outright in 2015 on a non monthly basis I used the app with no problems. It works quite good with few bugs. Unfortunately tapeacall is forcing a repurchase of the app while stating “No Subscription Found”

Why we have to merge the call for recording incoming and outgoing calls?unlike any other recording app it will record automatically. But the quality of the voice is excellent.

Not secure and can’t trust it. Don’t download. Also it doesn’t support all countries. Dude. You just want to record a call it’s not rocket science??♂️
