Hidden charges

They charged me $30 for TapeACall LITE which is supposed to be their free service. I have only ever downloaded Lite never Pro, and will hopefully be able to be refunded. I was not notified of this charge and never consented for a $30 charge. Not the $4 charge or the $15 charge but straight to a $30, premium charge???? They are NOT TRANSPARENT. Stop playing subscription games with clients without clearly stating that they will be charged and WHEN. Everyone be careful out there. ***Response to Tape A Call’s response: Don’t play games. Y’all are predatory. Don’t try to convince me otherwise with a half-hearted response to this review. Hope y’all go under or clean up your act.
Why only 1 year option on sign up?
Got stuck wit nothing
So I had a conference call with a huge announcement and I wanted to record it to have the ability to play back and get all the details. I signed up for the trial period. I could not get it to work on the conference call. I mistakenly waited until the last day to cancel but it was to late. I was charged the $29.99 yearly subscription. I went in to cancel in iTunes settings to make sure I didn’t screw myself again and in the renewal settings there was an option for monthly renewal. Why was a monthly option not offered when I purchased the app? I’m upset because I got dinged for the yearly. My fault for not canceling and I get that but I would not of had an issue paying one month ($4.99) vs the whole year. I never got to use this app. I should of read more. Others had the same issue with conference calls. There’s no developer contact on the iTunes page either. Super not happy with this purchase.

I have deleted the app and I am still getting charged monthly for this! I cannot find anywhere or any option to cancel!

I subscribed monthly $ 4.99 plan but they charged my account $16.22. That’s totally a scam. You got to charge what I clicked for. This is my first day of use. Beware they don’t have clarity of charges.
