It says to disable WiFi to use Bluetooth but the app still crashes every time I reconnect to Bluetooth hands free. The remote feature work very well. I use the app so I can listen to videos with the screen turned off. As a media player, the pause, forward and back buttons do not work on the lock screen and they haven’t for a long time. If you’re going to use this app as a remote control, it’s a good one. If you’re gonna use it as a media player... look elsewhere

This turned out to be an expensive volume control. Does not work with videos purchased from the iTunes Store that are located on the iPad. The only thing this controls is the volume of playback once the video is started with the native iPad video player. DRM issues. If this is fixed then I would rate 5 stars.

I used to use this app all the time to control a dedicated device attached to my stereo receiver (an older iPhone). Now... it works flawlessly as long as you only want to hear one song at a time. For some reason it stopped playing more than the one song at a time when I updated my phones. Fix this, and it's back to 5 stars!!

At first I was frustrated with the program because it wouldn't recognize my device's media after syncing my devices with iTunes, I got a little surly and left a negative review. However after contacting tech support (and they followed up with me) I found that one of my devices had restricted access checked for the media library. I allow access and tango then worked fine from both devices. The program works well is and definitely worth the reasonable cost.

So annoyed that I just paid $9 for an app that doesn't work! I have been searching and searching for a remote app for my iPhone that has the capability to control the TV app (primarily iTunes movies) on my iPad. I connect my iPad to the TV via the HDMI adapter. I couldn't find anything until Tango so I was willing to pay a high price because there was a great need and in my research multiple resources said it could do what I wanted. I just downloaded it and it looked like it was going to work great, however, when I went to play a movie I get an error message on both devices saying "Cannot Open. This app is not authorized to play this file." I hope someone will come up with an app that will make this possible someday.

Currently sitting in my pool on my iphone7plus controlling my iPad mini3 best app to have on these hot summer days!! 5 stars. Worth it!! Using a 3.5mm jack to play music to my outdoor sound system. Works flawlessly. Just wish there wasn't a lag between choosin songs and editing volume. Still 5 stars for ease of use.
Needs Apple Watch Integration
App is Not Working
This would be a great five star app if it allowed you to control music on your iPad from your Apple Watch. Is this an upcoming feature?
