Great and has potential

This is by far my favorite workout app. I was using Sweat by Kayla Itsini, and I switched to this and am glad I did. Tammy is hot. I wanna look like Tammy. *So, after looking at the review before mine, I decided to give a little more detail, because I agreed with the previous reviewer, and I like this app, and I want it to be successful. First, I really like that the developer seems to respond to every review with a paragraph. It seems like they want to improve and see what people think; and that’s why I’m going to be more specific. I REALLY like that I can watch Tammy doing the exercises. I will actually do them with her. I believe she does them in a loop. I think it helps my form, and almost makes me feel like I’m working out with her. I would like more home based workouts. I hope they extend the selection. Also, I’d like more information given in the app about what pound of weights to use. Another thing is my app is not marking the workouts that I complete: maybe it’s just a glitch in the app. I’d like more information about what Tammy does specifically. After all, the reason I chose this app is because it’s Tammy’s app. For example, what size weights does she use? Does she do HIT everyday with her workouts? Is it okay to do the whole body workout plus the home booty workout at the same time. Just little things like that would be very helpful! Thanks!! ?

I subscribed to tammys app bc if she can have two kids and have THAT body I want to do what she’s doing! I worked out already, had a baby then stopped for about a year of working out. Getting back into it I really wanted help in exactly what to do to grow weight and loose weight in all the right places. For starters this app includes really good workouts, you can keep track of what you do the days you do it, and I absolutely love that it gives you meal plans that you can easily follow. I really enjoy the fact that it tells you a whole meal plan for the whole day. That really helped me get structure in what I should be doing and eating daily to reach my goals. And your meals are based on YOUR body goal which is awesome. I would like if they added more ab workouts with weights, but besides that this app is great in helping you reach your body goal.


Great but could be better

I LOVE this app. I love being able to go to the gym and not have to plan my own workout. TammyFit has great workouts and workouts that KILL my legs the next day. As much as I love it, there is always room for improvement. Some days I don’t want to go to the gym but I can’t schedule a rest day without missing a workout entirely. I want to be able to schedule my days off. I would also like to see a more advanced nutrition section. Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love the recipes and the fact that I can input my own meals but I want to be able to search foods that aren’t in the meal plans.


App not working

When trying to log in, the app continuously asks me to purchase a subscription. I am already subscribed and have been for over a week. If I choose to subscribe, it in fact tells me I am already subscribed. The app is still inaccessible and will not let me move past choosing a subscription. I have been following the diet and workout plans for over a week, purchased all the groceries, and can’t even log in to meal prep for the day. So frustrating


App has bug or glitch

I seriously just wrote the mixes review and now the app is not working :( I pay for it monthly, it keeps logging me out and promoting me to pay for it again. Then it says I have paid for a subscription for the next month and it will not log me in. I cannot access my workouts, I cannot access my meal plans. I contacted support, today is Friday and it says they will be out of the office till Sunday. Not happy.

I’ve used the 7 day free trial. I’ve paid for the year member ship and now it keeps asking me to repay. In my Apple store purchases it says I’m already subscribed to the app. Yet, I can’t get in and use the app. Even in the subscriptions it says that this will renew itself on Jan 22, 2021. I can’t get passes the paying screen when I just got groceries to start this diet and I signed up for a gym just to start this app and it’s kicking me out of it and not letting me use the app. I’m trying to find a way to contact them about these issues but it doesn’t look like there is a way to contact them. I don’t know what else to do ??‍♀️

not sure where i’d be without this app guiding me through workouts while home and on the road. always appreciate the video of the queen showing us how it’s done for each exercise. can’t wait for what’s to come this year!!


This mama is BACK?

I have tried it all. After my second child my body went through some thanggggs hunny and lemme tell you, I felt like crap. I got up to 188. I am now down to 149! No bs. I’m loving the standard plan and the at home workouts so much I left the gym membership behind. Nothing my weights and bootyband can’t handle?? From the bottom of my heart. Thankyou Tammy for giving this single mama her life back! ? All hail the bodysculpting Queen cause this butt is something serious now. Even women look at my butt. Which is definitely saying something. Lol


Very motivating app but could use a few improvements

This is my first week using the app, and as someone that played sports all of high school, but hasn’t exercised in almost three years, I love it! It is very motivating and the work outs are hard enough that they remind me of when I used to be in shape. I also really LOVE the meal plans because I never knew how to eat healthy before this. Just the first week alone has some really new and interesting recipes I’ve never tried before. I will say I don’t think the grocery list is 100% accurate to the meal plan of the week. For example I ran out of chicken on the first day without know I needed chicken throughout the entire week. Same with the bell peppers and avocados. And the Friday dinner on the first week of the standard meal plan calls for tilapia, but there isn’t even tilapia on the grocery list. Not a deal breaker though because I’m currently eating healthier than I have in years. Lastly, I would suggest a better layout of the workout section because I feel like I can get lost in the design of where all the work outs are listed
