I would absolutely love this app, but for some reason the notifications don’t always work. I get a chance to finally check on my small friend and he’s dead. I’m not this neglectful! I just wish the notification system would be updated.

Can we please get an update for people who can’t pick this up every three hours? I’ve killed like 6 of these things because I get busy at work or with my family. When I was a kid I could raise these things no problem, but I have more things going on in life now. Can we please get an “easy” mode or something like that?

I had the yellow Tamagotchi toy when I was a kid and played it all the time!!!! I love that you can play it as the nostalgic toy and even have to tap the buttons!!!!! I JUST downloaded this tonight but I’m SUPER excited!!!!! Update: I have ZERO complaints!!!! I went to the FAQs and realized it was just me remembering the game wrong. LOL I guess that’s to be expected when you haven’t played for 25-30 years!!!!

Tamagotchi Classic and My Tamagotchi Forever are the best games ever!!!

They blow up your phone with notifications, and they kill your pet for NO reason. Needs major improvement

It’s just like the original tomagotchi, but when I was a kid I played the newer version that had more characters-and they went to school-and your friends tamagotchis could meet up, and there were more games to play and stuff to buy for your tamagotchi. It’s an okay game-and the price isn’t bad, I just wish I could do more with my little friend.

Gamer Letdown

The app looks like just what I remembered as a child. I was excited to keep my tamagotchi alive this time around as mine often died quickly as a kid. Unfortunately, that’s not the case. No matter what I did, this tamagotchi died every time at age 5 years. I read the manual, followed all instructions and still it died 17 times at 5 years old. Why did I pay for this???!

This app is fun and it works well on the watch which is the main reason I bought it. It is missing iPhone X support which is annoying but not a huge deal I guess. The real issue is that it’s only gen 1 stuff. So basically just the original experience so it gets stale quickly and there’s not much to do. Would love to see more things get implemented
