Dishonest promotion and poor customer service

The game runs on a real money VIP system and the system grants experience based on the number of gems purchased. The problem is the promotion they have with gems being double doesn’t count toward you VIP level. The promotion does not say these extra gems do not count towards your VIP experience and so I bought enough to get to VIP level 3 since it helps to make the game faster to play. However since the promo did not give the experience I thought I was getting, do to the misleading advert I asked for either a refund or to apply the appropriate VIP level and the following is what I was told. (sorry for any misunderstanding this caused to you, please kindly note that the extra gems bonus does not count into the VIP experience, only the original amount does. thanks for your understanding. there will be more purchasing events in future, stay tuned.) I have tried to keep contact to find out why they won’t fix this and no one has responded. Do to this customer service and blatant disregard for a vested player I do not recommend spending any money on this game and would suggest not playing it either. It’s mediocre at best and combat could stand to be more balanced towards a casual level.

“To the development team, I have already reached out to your Facebook page for the below issues and they have not been resolved for me, so please don’t give the generic response to reach out to that page.” I originally gave this game a 5* review. However, I am now giving it a 1* review until it gets fixed. If it does get fixed, I would give this game a 4*-5* review. This game has great potential but it is extremely deceptive and dishonest on how it runs it’s in game promotions and ads. The VIP status is based on how many gems you purchase. Every type of purchase has a promotion of giving twice as many gems. This actually doesn’t count towards the gem purchase amounts to raise your VIP levels which is not disclosed anywhere. You won’t find out until after you make the purchases which is one of the things I fell for. I currently am participating in an event in game, I followed the instructions of the event and yet I am not obtaining the rewards associated with it. I spent about $90 specifically for this event which obviously didn’t work which led me to adjust my review to this one. The game is riddled with spelling and grammar errors which is quite irritating. I’m sad to give this unfortunate review because I absolutely loved Super Evolution 1. This version really needs to step up. My Prior Review Below: 5* Looks like it will be great! Try working on a guide for this game and also the grammar and spelling :)

Honestly, I’m pretty disappoint with this game. It has tons of potential, but it seems that you have to spend money to get anywhere in the game. It takes forever to actually draw a Pokémon, and when you do they never seem to be the good ones. What is the point of drawing when you only get one basic Pokémon and shards of other Pokémon? Waste of time. Just download the original game.

Although it has better qualities I’d still rather play the first one. I couldn’t play having my old VIP privileges from the first game, in the new one and I’d rather play the first one with my VIP privileges

So today I’ve been trying to log in for the longest and the system is saying uncompressed failed. Can’t not log in. This game has a lot of problems that I believe need to be fix, I’m Ashh on server 1 VIP 13 almost 14 and to be honest I love the game but I can’t give it a good star rating since you guys just have a weak experience leveling up system is too slow, the stamina is too little for you to get anywhere daily no matter how much you spend you don’t really advance much, I’m about to give up on the game if you don’t do something about this. Also do some type stamina Shop or give away sometimes that will help. And please fix this game as fast as you can so we can go back and make sure we did not lose anything!!

I loved the first game and actually became a huge fan of the 2 now. I’m disappointed that I put money to become V4 and gain some extra perks and now can’t even play the game. Seems to Fail every loading screen Did I just get robbed ?
