Very poor costumer service

I deleted the game after spending 1000s $ on it. After miss leading and faults advertising and won’t hold true. Long story short they advertise a product that you can claim after spending a certain amount of $ and after you reach that amount they claim that it was the developers faults and it wasn’t ment to be in game. Then they refuse to refound my money that I spent to get the item. I hade to call my card company to get a charge back!! Server s86 us Lordfluffy

Everytime I try to que for a solo dungeon it won’t let me I just stay in the same que for 30 mins

Just deleted this game, was sick of not being able to be competitive without shelling out hundreds of dollars a week. Even after that, i still tried, but the final straw was the cosmos equipment. Come on man, you guys already have people paying hundreds, if not thousands of real world dollars, in game, yet you’re still trying to swill everyone else. Maybe make a better product, and charge for the game, then let skill, not money, determine who the top players should be. Just my opinion

So in the past 4 or 5 fights in the arena I lost but the opponents have no heath. So riddle me this how can the loser have full health and the winner has no health?!

This game is honestly so fun but is it fun when the server kicks you out so you have to restart the game from the beginning? The answer is no, it’s not fun and I can’t get my old account back

I’ve spent a lot of money on the game. I accidentally deleted the game. I downloaded back, I got my account back but I can’t find/remember the server I was playing on. I lost my progress.

Very buggy when you first start and are doing the campaign

If you accidentally click on something while doing the campaign your game will tell you to click something else but you can’t, thus having to restart the app
